Gary Pepper – Managing
Director, has over Eleven years experience in the recruitment arena, initially
utilizing his mechanical engineering degree to assist in sourcing worldwide
technical and trade candidates.
More recently his area of
expertise has encompassed executive search for Middle to Senior Management
Recruitment, for multi-national companies, in various industries including
Construction and Property, Engineering, Health, Manufacturing, Logistics,
Accounting, Banking, Finance and FMCG.
His extensive marketing,
management and hands on recruitment experiences, have provided innovative
staffing solutions with resourceful sourcing and recruiting methodologies
Gary has a solid reputation
for good old-fashioned service, listening to what people need and he thrives on
creating win-win solutions.

Ricky Nair –
General Manager, is also a Director of several respected businesses and brings
with him over 14 years of corporate experience ranging over diversified sectors
like finance and investment, insurance underwriting, risk analysis and
management, in addition to leading large information technology projects for
multinationals like Panasonic Middle East, Philip Morris International(Marlboro
Cigarettes) and the like.
He has also proved instrumental in executing
several successful joint ventures between companies in the Middle East and
Australia.
He has received his dual honors degree from
University of Lincolnshire, United Kingdom in 1999, in Management Information
Systems and Business Administration.

Cheryl-Anne – IT Consultant, has twenty years business, IT and
project management experience. She has worked in private enterprise, as well as
state and local government. During her career, Cheryl-Anne has worked in a
range of positions from IT support to business ownership.
During her time with Police Service, Cheryl-Anne was an active
participant on a number of project boards aimed at improving IT services
throughout the state. Other highlights from this period of her career included
overseeing the rollout of standardised desktop and network infrastructure over
400 sites, implementation of corporate property systems for five local
government authorities, developing a network services business case,
introduction of a formalised Help Desk system for a large NSW Council,
implementation of digital records management (in conjunction with IBM
Australia), disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Cheryl-Anne holds a Masters Degree in Business Information
Technology, and has been actively involved as a mentor for IT students at
University of Southern Queensland.

Richard Thomas – Recruitment
Partner, is based in the UK, and has been delivering tailored recruitment
solutions to a number of Australian, Canadian and European Companies for 10
years. He has an in depth knowledge of both the UK and South African
workplaces, allowing him to locate Highly Qualified and Skilled Candidates from
all Job Sectors. Especially strong in the areas of I.T, Law, Medicine, Mining,
Oil and Gas, and Accountancy, he is able to source Senior Management, Middle
Management, and specialist workers for clients.
As the face of Workforce
Solutions in the UK, Richard has for a number of years become an expert in the
Australian 457 Visa Programme, as well as assisting Emigration Agents in
finding suitable positions for Emigrants seeking Employment around the globe
outside Australia.
